Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling
- Free: use the Unsubscribe link in any email. Your address is deleted at once.
- Pro: cancel any time on your account page: two clicks, no reason asked. Pro stays on until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for, then the account is Free and nothing more is charged. Deleting your account on the same page instead cancels the plan at once: nothing more is charged, Pro ends straight away, and the rest of the period isn’t refunded.
Refunds
If Pro isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full, no reason asked. After that, a billing period that has started isn’t refunded; cancel any time and you won’t be charged again. A charge made by mistake (charged twice, or charged after you cancelled) is always refunded in full.
How to ask
Email pehchanthetraveller19@gmail.com from the address you subscribed with. We reply within the same day. An approved refund reaches the way you paid within 14 days.
